i have checked my site and i dont have any javascript errors that are reporting. but i am also have the same problems. Graphics show, but when clicked nothing happends. My template makes no references to the mootools. I would really like this to work as it is a excellent plugin.

I have the same problem, when i installed it worked abut after some time stopped working.
I have VOTItaly v1.2.
I uninstalled and installed again but still not working.

I am now having the same problem, and it is both disappointing and frustrating. The plugin was terrific, and was working just fine for months, at bergennow.com but not anymore. In terms of usage, we have one section with ratings of local politicians that had hundreds and hundreds of votes cast. Then, the plugin just stopped working! The template was not changed, and it is a template for Joomla 1.5. We running Joomla 1.5.14. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, to no avail. As I said, it was working just fine one moment, and then just not responding at all. We would like to continue to use this plugin - we think it's great - so if anyone can help, it would be very much appreciated!

Just tried switching to the "beez" template and the same problem persists, in both IE and Firefox.

Hi, you probably have a javascript error or a javascript conflict in your site. Did you installed new modules or plugins?

One of the best feature of the plugin is the Ajax submission, to implement it we developed a javascript script. When any errors are launched in your site the plugin stop to work (but this is not a plugin implementation problem...)

Hi, and thanks for your quick response! Yes, I read in previous posts here that the problem might be a javascript error. So I tried not publishing modules on a page and then tried VOTItaly again - but I got the same result. How can I find out what could be causing a conflict? And if there is a conflict, does that mean that I can no longer use VOTItaly? Thanks!

PROBLEM FOUND: I disabled the ObjectClarity Kunena Discussbot plugin, and VOTItaly began working again! So, now what can we do? We need that Discussbot plugin, because that is how site members comment on content articles which then automatically populates the Kunena Forum. Thanks!!

You should check if the problem is a javascript conflict or a javascript error.
In the first case you should edit the plugin code in the latter case just ask the plugin developer to solve the error.

I checked the error console in Firefox, and see the following regarding VOTItaly:
