hello,

i wanted to translate en-GB.plg_content_ji_votitaly.ini in french, but when i try within my site, the plugin stops functionning(i renamed it to fr-FR), i also removed all french characters (éèàç), is there something else to do? I will gladly give you the file so you can add french language for the plugin.
