JOOMItaly - Professional Joomla! Extensions

We're happy to inform our users that we've redefined the way we give support to the joomitaly community.

When we launched this site we thought to use a forum to give to our user the possibility to both receive customer support from our staff (overall for our commercial extension JMovies) and allow users to help each other with problems related to our free extension (first of all VOTItaly).

The forum has been revealed not a good way to give customer support to our users so we decided to close it and substitute it with a new ticket system. We think this is the best way to give punctual and more accurate support. Unfortunately with this decision we moved the free extensions support to be obtained via email, and we understand, this is not the same thing.

So finally we decide to mantain both our system:

• the new Ticket System, in which we give answers to our users about our COMMERCIAL EXTENSIONS;
• the Community Forum, in which users can share ideas, help each other and talk to our staff about our FREE EXTENSIONS;
